SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING - How long it takes for your order to be packaged & prepared for shipping. Processing may take up to 24 - 48 hours. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once processing has been completed. Please be sure to use the correct email address.
LOCAL PICKUP (****MUST READ BEFORE SELECTING)
If near the areas of McKenzie, Paris, Milan, or Jackson, TN I will allow pickup or setup to meet within the week of the order being placed. To setup for pickup or to meet please email [email protected] or click the link to my Facebook business page & we can arrange a time & date for you to get your products.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped the next business day. Shipping will take 2 - 5 business days. Holidays and weekends are not included. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. I will ensure that I ship out items as quickly as I can.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Once package is shipped & out of the company’s hands we are no longer responsible for any issues such as delays. Any issues with delays or lost packages USPS should be contacted.
I will package items to the best of my ability to prevent damage. If you receive damaged items please send an email to [email protected] with name, order number, issue, & pictures of your items & I will resend them to you at no cost. If item is not in stock then a refund will be an exception.
Orders can not be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS will be given due to my inability to restock an item once out of my hands & for health & sanitary reasons. If there are any product issues please send me an email to [email protected] with name, order number, & your concerns.
